GAMEPLAY FEATURE · TIMING AND PHYSICS
Claw Machine
The live machine is opened in-game and uses a ticket for each attempt. Practice the timing below without connecting to the reward service or spending anything.
Item #5220010
LOCAL TRAINING MODE
Practice the drop
Same cabinet art and timing flow as the in-game machine. Each free round selects five offline examples from the default reward list; click the cabinet to start and click again over the chute to release.

Prize icons use the CygnusMS item-image endpoint with each sample's item ID; the map and claw art are local copies. The practice list mirrors the default reward pool and does not fetch later live GM edits. It never checks ticket balance, contacts the game API, consumes a ticket or grants an item.
How to use the live machine
- In the game, use @c claw (also available as @c garra). Your character must be online and have Claw Ticket #5220010.
- Starting a live round consumes one ticket after the server validates it. The page then shows five prizes selected for your character.
- Click the cabinet when the moving claw is lined up. It locks its horizontal position, descends and closes for about 320 ms when its tips reach prizes or the floor.
- The claw lifts and carries caught prizes to the left-side DROP HERE chute. It can carry up to five at once; difficult or heavier loads can slip while moving.
- Click when prompted to release the prizes. A prize is awarded only if it lands fully inside the drop zone. A miss still uses the ticket.
- Successful item delivery requires enough inventory space. If the inventory is full, make room and retry the delivery while the round is valid.
Prize physics and round rules
- The claw sweeps horizontally, then drops straight down. The physics simulation runs in the browser; the server validates the round and item claims rather than replaying the physics.
- Prizes that are not caught can be nudged by the claw. Objects can collide, bounce and settle on the cabinet platform; nudged prizes that reach the left drop zone may also be eligible for the current round.
- Difficulty is configured from 1 to 10. It affects prize mass and the chance of slipping during the lift/transport. Up to five eligible prizes can be claimed in one round.
- The round expires after 10 minutes. The character must remain online; the server validates a temporary token and round ID before delivery.
- Prize selection is kept server-side across page reloads while the server remains running. Only claimed prizes rotate out of the five-slot tray. Round and tray state are in memory and reset on server restart.
- Completed prizes go to inventory and can be announced in Discord. The game does not use a SQL table for the Claw round or tray state.
Default reward entries used when no reward configuration exists
This is the fallback list from the server source, not a guarantee of the current live tray. A GM can change the enabled rewards, quantity and difficulty through !config > Global > Claw Rewards; the configuration is stored in config/claw-rewards.properties, not SQL.
