In-Game Features Guide
Custom Inventory and Overflow
Overflow is persistent, account-wide storage for eligible USE and ETC item quantities, shared by every character on the account.
Store eligible inventory items
Use @storeuse for the USE tab, @storeetc for the ETC tab or @storeall for both. These commands transfer eligible items from the current character inventory; they do not store equipment or other inventory types.
- Bulk storage skips items on the account blacklist and items with an expiration timestamp.
- Storage commands are unavailable while jailed, trading, using regular Storage or changing maps.
- The commands check a 10-second shared character cooldown timestamp, but do not set that timestamp after a successful transfer; this is not a dedicated cooldown between successful storage commands.
Browse and withdraw items
Use @etc to open NPC 9000000. Browse all stored items or filter to USE or ETC, choose a simple item-icon list or a detailed list with names and quantities, or search by item name.
- The interface displays the number of item types and the total quantity stored.
- Withdrawals require the requested quantity to be available and enough free inventory space.
- The NPC menu allows up to 1,000,000 of one item per withdrawal. The server withdrawal method has a higher internal ceiling, but the player menu enforces the lower limit.
- @item opens a separate custom client Overflow window backed by the character craft inventory; use @etc for the account storage browser and withdrawal flow.
Account storage and blacklist
Overflow quantities are saved in playeritems under the account ID, so characters on the same account share the same stored item balances. The blacklist is also keyed to the account, loaded at login and saved at logout.
- Despite the blacklist NPC dialogue saying that relogging resets the list, the server loads and saves it across sessions.
- The blacklist prevents matching items from being moved by @storeuse and @storeetc; it does not prevent the full-inventory ETC pickup path or NPC scripts that directly grant items to Overflow.
- Overflow tracks achievements for stored item types at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 750, and total stored quantities from 1,000 up to 1,000,000,000,000.
Automatic pickup and script rewards
When a map pickup is an ETC item and the character cannot hold its full quantity, the pickup handler adds it to Overflow and removes the map drop. This automatic branch does not check the blacklist or the @etcloot setting.
- @etcloot currently toggles a character flag and reports enabled or disabled, but the pickup handler does not read that flag; it does not currently turn automatic Overflow pickup on or off.
- Other NPC scripts grant rewards directly to Overflow, including Star Rewards and Wanted Poster rewards. Some exchange NPCs can spend eligible ETC quantities from Overflow and return the exchange result there.
- USE items are supported by the bulk-storage commands and Overflow data, but the full-inventory map pickup fallback observed in the server handles ETC only.
