Rebirth System
Rebirth trades Total Level progress for a higher Reborn count. The live rebirth NPC has its own entry checks and IP fee; the Formula Guide separately estimates materials and discounts.

Live rebirth requirements
NPC 9401169 is the transaction path checked in the current server script. When opened, it requires Achievement 440 (Limbo), at least 9,000 Total Level, an expired RebornTime cooldown, and fewer than 99 current Reborns. The fee is max(10, current RB) of item 4310505, followed by a one-hour cooldown.
- On confirmation, the NPC checks the item fee and a 120-level threshold; the rebirth handler then enforces 9,000 Total Level. Achievement, cooldown and the RB cap are checked when opening, not checked again at confirmation.
- Keep the character eligible until the transaction completes; the item fee is separate from the material estimates below and receives no Formula Guide discount.
- The Formula Guide overview currently says Total Level 9,999 and RB below 279; those limits do not match NPC 9401169. Follow the live transaction NPC for eligibility.
What changes after a Reborn
A successful Reborn sets Total Level to 1,000, clears over-experience and current EXP, increments the Reborn count, and moves the character to Henesys. The server grants the Reborn achievement track through RB 50, milestone achievements at RB 100, 150, 200 and 250, and Damage Skin 7000 from RB 50 onward.
- @rates displays a +100% Reborn damage bonus per RB and a separate 2^(RB/100) damage multiplier.
- The current rebornExpRate function returns 1.0, so that function applies no EXP penalty.
- The active NPC limit below RB 99 means the higher achievement milestones are not reachable through that NPC as currently configured.
Material discounts and other gates
The Formula Guide adds achievement completion / 4, quest completion / 4, 4% per MVP level, and the Nebulite RB Discount stat (capped at 20%). These discounts are added together and applied to its material estimates. Reborn count is also used by boss challenges and other NPC services; see the Boss guide for the party challenge requirements.
- The estimator accepts current RB 0-278 because that is the range printed by the Formula Guide NPC, even though NPC 9401169 currently stops below RB 99.
- NPC 3006553 can reroll the assigned Reborn Quest item once per account per day; the item ID and amount are character-specific.
- The in-game NPC remains authoritative when its current message differs from a web estimate.
